“We recently had a very stubborn issue with sewer line blockage which necessitated a number of return trips from Young.
However, on the final response, two plumbing techs (Tom and Joe) determined the unique cause of the blockage and were successful in restoring the system to full function. Since my wife just had surgery it was critical for a solution for this problem was found ASAP. While the other techs worked hard to solve this problem hats off to Tom and Joe!”
