My water heater went out after a big storm, Sebastian and Matt were out to my place the same day i called for a quote and finished the replacement by noon the next day. Summers came to fix a clogged sink. Ran 18 feet, told us we needed to replace pipe for 600, and wouldn't be able to come out until 3 days later. Called Young for a 2nd opinion, they ran 45 feet and undid the clog for 400 the same day, no need to replace pipe. Pays to get a second opinion, especially when Summers' guy didn't seem to know what the problem was or explain it in a way we understood. Sebastian and Matt were thorough in their assessment and we're thankful to them for unclogging our sink. Hopefully won't need to call them for a while, 14 day warranty is nice.

These people are extremely fast and knowledgeable on what they do, we had Matt replace our sum pump after our basement flooded with 1ft and 2 inches of water. He was really fast and explained the process and showed me our old sumpump that was in bad condition.We called young plumbing again to fix our water heater as ours was completely damaged because of the basement flood. Tanner and RJ were sent out to replace ours and they did a fantastic job and once again they were fast and also knowledgeable and explained the process to me about the new water heater they installed.If you were affected by the storms we had on August 11th or need your sum pump/ water heater replaced, I would highly recommend this company. The best thing about them is that they come on the same day and get everything done on the same day which I really appreciate the efficiency.

Tony and Ty from Griffith Indiana.Legalized crooks to say it nicely.Both guys failed to wear booties over their filthy boots on my white carpet. then copped and attitude when my wife asked them "why no booties."They said our toilet needs a simple gasket for $400. They tear the toilet apart and tried a yellow, a green, then a red gasket. None of which were the correct gasket. So then say oh we dont have this gasket with us. Actually you need a whole new toilet $1,090!!!!?????We said absolutely not, put it together and we're just paying the $125 service fee. Tony then THREATENED to put a lean on my house when no work was completed and the toilet was still torn apart. Unfortunately my wife sadly paid before I could kick these two jokers out of my house.In the end we paid $400 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! no new gasket, toilet still leaks, and now there's muddy boot prints we have to clean up in the hallway.People save your money and dont take a gamble with Young Plumbing, 100% disappointment

Ty and Tony came out to my house because my toilet was leaking. Said it was $400 to replace the gasket that was causing the leak, took my toilet apart to tell me they didn't have the gasket and now the toilet needed to be placed and that would cost $1090. I declined and told him that I would pay the $125 service fee and take care of the issue myself. Tony then told me I was going to pay the $400 or a lean would be put on my home. $400 for what? They didnt replace the gasket ? They didn't even put the toilet back together? To add insult to injury I had to ask them to put booties on after walking through my home the first time with dirty plumper boots. My advice to anyone is to RUN - Stay far far away!

I called Young plumbing for water tank issue my Carbon monoxide detector was going off fire department said it was a valve on my water tank. Young replaced my water tank in doing so my ceiling in garage ( this was my apartment above garage) was damaged with water leaking. There had been no renter prior to tank being replaced. After emails back and forth pictures of water bubbles in ceiling( taken after they left) we agreed for them to come back out to see if there was a leak. they released water from new water tank into drain, ran the sink, flushed toliet ran shower and there was no water in ceiling of garage...Hmm no leaks!? Ceiling was dry. They then wanted me to pay $300 to cut hole in ceiling to see if drywall was wet. I said you have been running water for over 10 minutes and ceiling is dry how can you think there is a leak. I have been upstairs for past week showering, using the toliet, washing dishes and ceiling is bone dry. I asked if you cut hole and find no leak will you admit you leaked water on floor in apartment when you changed out tank? They said we are not idiots and wouldn't release 40 gallons on the floor, i said I'm not saying 40 gallons but maybe some water released on floor while changing the tank out! They said no we will report we found no leak. I said so when you left after changing tank which you claim no water leaked on floor the bubbles full of water and water on floor of garage just magically appeared??? Liars liars liars....I will never call this plumbing company again.

Wow! Justin and Tanner were beyond professional and kind! They were very informative during the whole 2 day process. They were honest in their responses and efficient in the work they completed! Even finished much sooner than predicted! If we ever have any other plumbing/basement issues, we will be calling Young Plumbing immediately. The company as a whole was very fast in responding and getting us scheduled, especially during all the rain we had this summer. We have not had any issues since they worked on our sump pump and rerouted the plumbing outdoors. 10/10!

Scheduled for 12-2 but came early which was nice. Made it better than expected. RJ and Tanner were kind professional and explained everything and documented everything. The contract and what was needed was explained in detail. There was a hiccup beyond their control. It is due to the way condo was built but luckily my neighbor had access so they could finish the job. Excellent work!

RJ and Tanner were just here to unclog a shower drain and they were awesome! From the start, they were respectful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had called last night around 7:00 p.m., and they were here at 7:30 a.m. They evaluated the issue and asked questions. Before starting any work they let me know potential issues we could run into or how smoothly it could go depending on what they find. Luckily it was an easy fix and they rotted out the line. They are honest top-notch guys. They even went so far as to clean the bathtub when finished! I would definitely recommend these 2. Great company.
