Hired Young Plumbing, had a backed up drain and the sink needed a new faucet. James and Tanner showed up to take care of it. They were very courteous and did their job. My drain works great and so does the faucet. I would hire them again.

Called this afternoon with an emergency. I accidentaly broke a main water line. I was told they would be here by 7. Seba and Sean arrived early. They had everything needed for the repair and were done in aprox 2 hours. They were friendly and professional. Fair price for the work and parts. We were only without water for a few hours. Definitely would recommend these guys anytime.

My mom called them yesterday because her water heater pilot light was out. We tried to turn it on without success. She called them and was told $95 fee for coming out. If they fixed her issue that would be waived. We were told they'd give us a price before fixing, which they didnt. They showed up ( 2 guys) and determined it just needed reset. The guy reset it and we went upstairs. One of the guys sat at the table and made out the bill for her to sign. Charged her $230 and had her sign 3 places. They never gave an estimate and quite frankly, for a 10 minute call, using no parts and only pushed buttons, they totally took advantage of an elderly lady. She was so upset about it that it kept her up all night. Therefore today she called them to complain. The lady on the other end said, we'll you signed the paperwork. She said yes he told me to sign in 3 places. She said well I cant take your word for it, they would have given you a price. She said yes they told me the price when they wrote it up after it was fixed. You think $230 bill is fair for 10 minute job using no parts and just pushing buttons is fair? The lady just argued and basically told my mom she was a liar. Make sure you record if they come to your house and get it in writing before anything is done. I used to think this was a good business, after this I've changed my mind. Must have someone else running it that money is more important than customer service.Thank you for the response. I understand how the procedure is suppose to go. However, no paperwork with quote was given to my mom to sign before the work was done. Ny the way, I was there during the entire process. Paperwork was filled out and signed AFTER they completed the "work" ( reset of water heater). The guys were very nice, nothing against them in that respect. She should have been given a price before the work was done. The price was way too high for the time they were there and what was done. The lady she spoke with the next morning, needs coaching in customer service. Insinuating she was lying was way out of line. I hope this is addressed as well.

Sebastin was the person that came out from Youngs Plumbing he was out to our home within 30 minutes after I had made the call to the office.He came in discussed what needed done after his assestment.And got his equipement and started right awayWhen he was done,we sat down he explained everything he had done and any future services that we might neec down the road and provided me with the imformation about those services.I would have them take care of our needs again,and Sebastin,was very professional,on time and explained and answered any questions I had.

Tom and Joe came after I called regarding a shower backing up in my basement. I was quoted a window for their arrival and they arrived so quick! They explained what they were looking for and kept me in the loop through out the entire process. They were great and were honest about the upkeep and suggestions on how to do the normal maintenance . Truly they were fantastic I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come out.

Sebastian fixed the toilet flange well. The relief valve on my water heater was leaking. He replaced that but it continued to leak the next day. I notified Young and he felt I needed to replace my tank. I called other plumbers for comparative quotes (mostly all lower prices given than Young), and a couple of those companies suggested that a faulty expansion tank was likely the cause of the leak. I notified Young again and they didnt even get back to me with a price quote for that solution. I got another company to replace the expansion tank instead. Could have been a better experience, but will probably call other companies for future water heater needs.

Had a bad plumbing issue in our basement, today called, they come right out, when they said, two guys Tyler and James, within a short time they found the problem, explained very well what needed to be done. I contacted Young Plumbing for a clogged toilet, and they were able to come out same day which I really appreciated. Tom and Joe were able to fix the issue quickly and explained everything they did and tips to prevent it from happening again. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders, so thank you!Update 1/2/26Had to call Young Plumbing out again (separate issue) and once again they were quick to come out (same day) and the technicians James and Tyler were friendly and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. I have had two very good experiences with Young Plumbing and will continue to use them for any future needs.

Very knowledgeable easy goin guys, would recommend them.Edit- About a year later I needed Young Plumbing again to clear the trap in the main drain. Tom and James were great and on time and efficient! Second time using Young Plumbing and satisfied once again.Edit2- Sebastian was quick and polite. He took care of the main trap again for me solo this time. 1/2/2026 pleased and satisfied as usual.

I called around 12:30pm and Young was able to get someone later that day to my house. James and Tyler were very polite and professional. They assessed the situation quickly and within a half hour, had a new clean out installed, cleared the clog in the pipe and had my drains draining like never before. They worked together well as a team to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Young Plumbing and will call on them again if needed.

P trap and pipes all of a sudden fell apart, like late afternoon. My son called Young Plumbing and they said they will be out the next day at 7:30. Very good experience had an emergency leak under the kitchen sink into the wall. Laura at the office was able to get a same day service and then was able to get us an earlier time then stated. Tom and Joe did an excellent job in the repair. Both plumbers were polite, respectful and efficient with their work. I would recommend Young plumbing, techs Tom and Joe for future services.

I had a unique situation. I had a grinder pump that went out for my sewage on Sunday. I couldnt use my water in the house. Or the pit would fill up. I was able to get Young Plumbing out that day. They diagnosed the problem. I had to order a special pump from Texas. Which took three days. My pump was scheduled to come in on Friday. The pump showed up at 11am. I called Younger Plumbing and they told me they couldnt get anyone out until Tuesday!!! 9 days without plumbing being a single mother of an 8 year old, I felt so defeated. And to top it all off... I was charged 1600 for them to pump out about 2' of sewage, pull the old pump out and install a new one. Dont get me wrong the guys who installed the pump were top notch, very knowledgeable and friendly. But the estimator, I feel like I was totally taken advantage of because I was desperate. If you decide to use Young Plumbing ask for Tom and Joe and u will not be disappointed.

It ended up being a small hole in the water line that leads to the refrigerator. They fixed it up. Thanksgiving is on again. Poor workmanship. Paid over $400 for them to install an RO system. 2 weeks later, the water line is leaking because the fitting wasn't tightened all the way. Woke up to a quarter inch of water in my cabinet. Service says they can come out here in 6 hours to fix it. That's not customer service. That's pathetic. Extremely disappointed.
