Bottom line: I never even got the opportunity to become a customer because Younger Plumbing repeatedly hung up on me before allowing me to finish asking a simple question. Regardless of how skilled their plumbers may be, customer service like this is unacceptable, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.I called to discuss a plumbing issue and was told there would be a $95 diagnostic fee. That wasn't the issue. I had a couple of questions about how they handled repairs and what my options were before scheduling the work. As someone who prepares estimates for a living in a trade-adjacent union company, I fully understand that diagnostic fees and service charges are part of doing business. I wasn't asking for free advice or trying to avoid paying—I was actually about to tell them that if the charge was going to be $95 regardless, I'd rather just have them come out and repair the issue if possible. I also wanted to ask what their labor rates were if the repair turned out to be more involved.Before I could finish explaining myself, they hung up. Assuming it was an accidental disconnect, I called back—twice. Both times, they interrupted the conversation, assumed I was objecting to the $95 fee, and hung up on me again before allowing me to finish a sentence. I was ready to hire a company with excellent reviews because, due to a recent injury, I'm currently unable to do the repair myself. Instead, they lost a customer simply because no one was willing to listen. If this is how they treat potential customers before they've earned your business, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with them after they've already been paid.

After discovering I had a leak somewhere going into my downstairs bathroom wall, I called and made an appointment for anytime between 3-5. I got a call shortly after letting me know there was a cancellation and the team could be there around 1230 if that worked for me. Amazing! James and Sean arrived shortly after, they did an amazing job explaining the process, and what to expect when they locate the leak, since they would need to cut into the wall. They located the leak, which was coming from a hose hookup outside of the wall, and showed me exactly where it was and then went into detail about how the issue occurred. They instantly got to work fixing the issue. They were so nice and helpful. 10/10 personality! And they didn’t even make a mess, which I appreciated since the wall was already going to be a major clean up. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

RJ & Tanner were up front and transparent with the work and the estimate of the repairs that had to be done. Respectful of property and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them to friends and family in the future. A rodding job turned into discovery of a hole in cast iron "T" joint. 2-1/2 hours later, kitchen drain is running freely and bad pipe replaced.

Wasted my time showing up hours later than scheduled, then took $150 from me just to tell me they couldn't help with any of the issues after only being there for maybe 15 minutes and barely inspecting anything. Tech refused to work on the flue leak or filter housing, recommended a roofer instead, and still charged full diagnostic fee despite no work being done.They could have told me from the start in the initial call that they couldn't help me considering the guys that showed up said almost instantly that they couldn't do anything. They didn't even check the issues out and couldn't really point me in the right direction to fix the issues either. Horrible company.

I'm officially done calling any HVAC or Plumbing Company. Can't fix anything minor. All the say is total replacement needed. I guess like everything else I'll take care of it myself and wasted another $100 on a call out to me they need $1800 to fix a pinhole leak I was willing to pay up to $500 for a 8" piece of copper pipe and T valve that costs $50 on Amazon. Or $12,000 to replace ac and furnace instead of fixing a pinhole leak. A total joke , total replacement = less thinking , higher profit. Feel sorry for people that can't do anything themselves and get taken advantage of.

I have had to have many repairman in for various repairs as im in a new residence..the previous owner left a lot of problems. RJ took time to explain everything to me ..what was wrong, probably why, how to fix it, the cost. He was professional and pleasant. It was a way better experience than most of my other repair situations.I appreciated getting service out here quickly and the office staff person was also very friendly.

Called on 6/17/26 because of problem with main sump pump and battery backup. Matt came out on 6/18 and found what the problem was. Replaced main sump pump and battery backup with new ones. Also discovered the ejector pump was not working either and replaced that as well. Had a little glitch a week later with the battery back and Matt came out and remedied it quickly. Super satisfied with their staff and their quick service. They are my go-to for any plumbing needs and have been for many years. Highly recommend.

Their pricing isn’t competitive. I was able to get a shower valve changed for a quarter of the price with a different plumbing company. I won’t be calling them again.
