Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher – Full Time (Lake Station, IN)

✨ Rare opportunity with an established Northwest Indiana company! Openings with our company don’t come up often. We’re looking for a dependable, organized, people-friendly professional to join our front office team.
This role combines customer service, dispatching, and ongoing clerical and invoicing work. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls & assisting customers
- Scheduling appointments & dispatching field staff
- Tracking daily operations and maintaining records
- Handling invoicing and office documentation
- Resolving customer concerns professionally
- Supporting general office operations
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Customer service and/or office experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Microsoft Outlook & Word experience (required)
- Excel experience (a plus)
- Dispatching or scheduling experience (a plus)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Lake Station, IN
