We called them because our bathroom sink and laundry line was clogged. They said there was an estimate fee of $125 when other places don't charge. They looked at our sink and outside laundry line in the ground and quoted us $495 each job. We agreed to $495 for the fix on the sink, to find out the next week that they pushed the clog into the main instead of removing the clog. I called in and asked if they would come help us again for a discounted cost and the lady said no discounts and we had to pay estimate fee again if we didn't do work. We feel scammed and like they didn't even care. We had the main and outside line cleared by someone else for half of what they charged us for the sink.

19:45 02 Sep 26

Summers came to fix a clogged sink. Ran 18 feet, told us we needed to replace pipe for 600, and wouldn't be able to come out until 3 days later. Called Young for a 2nd opinion, they ran 45 feet and undid the clog for 400 the same day, no need to replace pipe. Pays to get a second opinion, especially when Summers' guy didn't seem to know what the problem was or explain it in a way we understood. Sebastian and Matt were thorough in their assessment and we're thankful to them for unclogging our sink. Hopefully won't need to call them for a while, 14 day warranty is nice.

These people are extremely fast and knowledgeable on what they do, we had Matt replace our sum pump after our basement flooded with 1ft and 2 inches of water. He was really fast and explained the process and showed me our old sumpump that was in bad condition. We called young plumbing again to fix our water heater as ours was completely damaged because of the basement flood. Tanner and RJ were sent out to replace ours and they did a fantastic job and once again they were fast and also knowledgeable and explained the process to me about the new water heater they installed. If you were affected by the storms we had on August 11th or need your sum pump/ water heater replaced, I would highly recommend this company. The best thing about them is that they come on the same day and get everything done on the same day which I really appreciate the efficiency.
