I had a quick response from Young Plumbing. The price seems reasonable; however, they provide a lump sum price, while I would have preferred an itemized breakdown of the charge between parts, product, and labor. The techs that came out to diagnose the issue and install the new water heater were great. Justin & Tanner worked quickly and efficiently. The install area was cleaned and left spotless. I had several questions, and they took an inordinate amount of time to answer each question and fully explain the process, the warranties, and the expectations. Will definitely continue using them for my plumbing needs.

Had RJ and James from Youngs Plumbing make an emergency visit today and I couldn’t have asked for anyone more professional and courteous as those 2 individuals. Showed up and within 5 minutes already had the problem diagnosed and repair in motion. What I thought was going to be a huge job, they quickly put my mind at ease and surgically handled the problem.
