Plumbing emergencies are never fun. We never used this company before but we will definitely recommend them from now on. They came 20 minutes after we called. They gave me an estimate of work before they started and they cleaned up after they were done. Sean and James were extremely polite and knowledgeable! Thank you again for helping us out in a pinch!

I was dealing with a major mess of 3” of sewage in a basement- Seba and James came out on a Saturday morning and stayed until it was drained and the line was cleared- they let me know what the problem was and how much it will be to fix it the right way and were amazing!! Installed new kitchen faucet, old one was leaking water profusely and replaced shutoff values beneath sinkRotor out sink clogged with (black sludge) in 1/2 bath downstairs.This is the 4th plumbing project Sebastian has done for us and we have been very pleased with his work. Needed new hot and cold boiler drains to install new washing machine cuz old ones wouldn't shut off. Called around 11 a.m. and they showed about 2 p.m. I couldn't be happier with the service Tyler provided. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was in and out in under an hour. Hired Young Plumbing, had a backed up drain and the sink needed a new faucet. James and Tanner showed up to take care of it. They were very courteous and did their job. My drain works great and so does the faucet. I would hire them again.

Called this afternoon with an emergency. I accidentaly broke a main water line. I was told they would be here by 7. Seba and Sean arrived early. They had everything needed for the repair and were done in aprox 2 hours. They were friendly and professional. Fair price for the work and parts. We were only without water for a few hours. Definitely would recommend these guys anytime.

My mom called them yesterday because her water heater pilot light was out. We tried to turn it on without success. She called them and was told $95 fee for coming out. If they fixed her issue that would be waived. We were told they'd give us a price before fixing, which they didnt. They showed up ( 2 guys) and determined it just needed reset. The guy reset it and we went upstairs. One of the guys sat at the table and made out the bill for her to sign. Charged her $230 and had her sign 3 places. They never gave an estimate and quite frankly, for a 10 minute call, using no parts and only pushed buttons, they totally took advantage of an elderly lady. She was so upset about it that it kept her up all night. Therefore today she called them to complain. The lady on the other end said, we'll you signed the paperwork. She said yes he told me to sign in 3 places. She said well I cant take your word for it, they would have given you a price. She said yes they told me the price when they wrote it up after it was fixed. You think $230 bill is fair for 10 minute job using no parts and just pushing buttons is fair? The lady just argued and basically told my mom she was a liar. Make sure you record if they come to your house and get it in writing before anything is done. I used to think this was a good business, after this I've changed my mind. Must have someone else running it that money is more important than customer service.Thank you for the response. I understand how the procedure is suppose to go. However, no paperwork with quote was given to my mom to sign before the work was done. Ny the way, I was there during the entire process. Paperwork was filled out and signed AFTER they completed the "work" ( reset of water heater). The guys were very nice, nothing against them in that respect. She should have been given a price before the work was done. The price was way too high for the time they were there and what was done. The lady she spoke with the next morning, needs coaching in customer service. Insinuating she was lying was way out of line. I hope this is addressed as well.

Sebastin was the person that came out from Youngs Plumbing he was out to our home within 30 minutes after I had made the call to the office.He came in discussed what needed done after his assestment.And got his equipement and started right awayWhen he was done,we sat down he explained everything he had done and any future services that we might neec down the road and provided me with the imformation about those services.I would have them take care of our needs again,and Sebastin,was very professional,on time and explained and answered any questions I had.

Tom and Joe came after I called regarding a shower backing up in my basement. I was quoted a window for their arrival and they arrived so quick! They explained what they were looking for and kept me in the loop through out the entire process. They were great and were honest about the upkeep and suggestions on how to do the normal maintenance . Truly they were fantastic I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come out.
